Looking for something unique? We’re happy to create a custom menu tailored specifically for your event to fit your theme, preferences, and guests.  

  To help cover the costs involved in making your event a success, we do charge a minimum booking fee. This helps offset the expense of pre-ordering fresh ingredients, the time and effort our amazing prep team puts in before the event, as well as fuel, propane, setup, cleanup, and the hard-working team serving on-site. We appreciate your understanding and support! 

Here’s how our setup/booking fee works:
We have a $750 minimum sales guarantee for private events. This means we’ll come out, set up, and serve your guests — and they’ll pay for their own food individually at the truck, just like a regular food truck experience.

To reserve your date, we require a $400 deposit. As long as total food sales reach or exceed the $750 minimum, your deposit will be fully refunded.
If sales fall short of $750, the deposit will be applied toward the remaining balance.

This helps us cover the cost of staffing, supplies, travel, and setup for your event — and we always aim to make it a great experience for your guests!
